Cutting through the bullshit

In the Maturity section of Evolve First, we call for a shift from the present immature mentality to the beginning of a mature psychology. However, fundamental change is easier said than done. The massive problem of avoidance, for example, is usually - guess what?! - avoided and (to say the least) this doesn’t help. Yes, the much-needed change is definitely achievable - but all the confusion and bullshit surrounding this important subject has to be sorted.
